If after you have read through the help pages and are unable to resolve your problem you need to contact support@design-a-might via email.

By using e-mail you will:

• Receive a fast response
• Allow our staff to research the problem
• Allow us time to resolve a problem that is at the network level

Please include the following information when sending us e-mail:

• Your domain name
• Any error message you are receiving
• What you are seeing that you think you should not be seeing

Many users receive the following message back from support:

• What is your domain name?

This is a major waste of time and greatly delays any solution to the users problem. Make sure you include your domain name on every request, in the body of the message and each time you mail support@design-a-might.co.uk
